Sarah Rulseh
Sarah began practicing yoga in 2005 and immediately felt a deep connection to the practice. She loved how it helped her feel more centered, calm, and capable of facing whatever came her way. What began as a personal journey soon evolved into a calling. Enrolling in yoga teacher training originally to deepen her own practice, she was surprised to discover a growing desire to share yoga with others.
In March 2024, she completed her 200-hour RYT certification through Heaven Meets Earth in Evanston and is currently pursuing her 500-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, which she will complete in 2025.
Over the past two decades, her yoga practice has continued to evolve, and that evolution is at the heart of her teaching philosophy. She believes yoga should meet you where you are, adapting to life’s seasons and changes.
Her classes blend breathwork, meditation, and yoga philosophy to support students in experiencing yoga not just as a physical practice, but as a grounded, practical tool for daily life. What happens on the mat doesn’t stay on the mat, it becomes a steady companion through it all.
She proudly embraces her inner yoga nerd! Always reading, learning, and happily getting into deep conversations about all things yoga.
