Melanie Galioto

Life has a way of delivering both joy and challenge, often leaving us with emotions that ask to be felt, understood, and released. Through the years, I’ve learned to stop labeling my experiences as “good” or “bad,” and instead meet them as teachers—each moment an invitation to grow. While we can’t control what life brings, we can choose how we respond. Yoga has become my anchor in this truth—a practice that steadies my mind and body amidst all seasons of life.

For me, yoga is much more than movement. It’s a practice of deep awareness—a way of coming home to the body, quieting the mind, and awakening the wisdom within. It offers tools to tune into the connection between our physical, emotional, and energetic selves, ultimately supporting long-term healing and inner balance.

My greatest passion is to share what I’ve learned along this path—to offer others the tools they can carry beyond the mat and into their everyday lives. I aim to create a space where students feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore their inner landscape, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with their most authentic self.

I am a full time teacher of Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, pranayama, meditation, and also share Reiki, and sound scape events. I have been practicing traditional Ashtanga for 14 years, have 9 years of teaching experience, 400+ hours of teacher training and continuing education. My journey has been deeply shaped by my teachers—Tim Feldmann, Kino MacGregor, Taylor Hunt, and Sharath Jois—and profoundly supported by my sobriety since September 2017.

Whether you're just beginning or deepening your journey, I’m here to guide you with compassion, presence, and wholehearted belief in the power of body-based practices to transform, heal, and awaken.
