Lyndsay Rose Kane

Lyndsay Rose Kane has been teaching yoga since earning her certification in 2007, though the practice has been part of her life since childhood. What began as a way to ease the physical discomforts of scoliosis soon expanded through years of theatre and dance training, where breath and body awareness were essential tools. Over time, yoga became a spiritual anchor—and eventually, a gift she felt called to share with others.

Lyndsay’s classes are rooted in a spirit of exploration, discovery, and intentionality. She emphasizes that yoga is not about how “strong” or “flexible” you are, but how you approach each pose with mindfulness and care, cultivating a practice that can grow with you throughout your life. With a keen eye on alignment and safety, she weaves in thoughtful themes drawn from daily life, class input, and her ongoing reflections on sacred texts and traditions. She hopes that the joy she finds in the practice infuses your experience as well—that the lessons learned on the mat, the challenges you meet, and the discoveries you unearth become tools you carry with you into daily life, where the real practice truly begins.

Off the mat, Lyndsay wears many hats. She’s a full-time Realtor in Chicago and the proud owner-operator of Anaway Place, a collection of bespoke cabins in the Driftless region of Wisconsin designed for taking time to reconnect with the self. She’s also the mother of a bright and curious teenager—her most rewarding role of all.

Amidst this full and dynamic life, teaching at Heaven Meets Earth has been a grounding force and a true blessing. It’s where she comes to breathe, connect, and explore the profound beauty of yoga in community—something she holds with deep gratitude.
