Kim Eisendrath

Kim began her journey into yoga and somatic healing over 20 years ago. Having been a special education teacher, she has always had a deep compassion for humanity and was able to take that to new levels with yoga and somatic work, focusing mainly in the area of trauma and nervous system regulation.
Kim has always been fascinated with the mind-body connection and the role of fascia in regulating the nervous system. Through extensive studying of yoga and polyvagal theory, she has been able to take her work out into the world to support people through movement.  With the practice of yoga, meditation, myofascial practices and TRE (Tension/Trauma Release Exercises), she has been able to help her students move through their tension, stress and/or trauma to a more peaceful state of living.
Kim has her MAT in special education, a RYT-500 yoga teacher with certifications in Yoga for Trauma, Self Myofascial Release, Restorative and Gentle Yoga, Advanced TRE (Tension/Trauma Release Exercises), Adaptive and Accessible Yoga, Advanced Polyvagal Theory in Yoga, Mindfulness/Meditation and most recently as a MELT Method instructor.
