Clay Henley began his journey with the 5Rhythms in 1989 during a mid-life turning point. A synchronistic encounter with founder Gabrielle Roth set him on a transformative new path. After decades of personal exploration and dedicated practice, he became a certified and accredited 5Rhythms teacher in 2012. Now the oldest active 5Rhythms teacher, Clay brings a rich depth of life experience to his teaching. Before stepping into this work, he enjoyed a long career as a Registered Investment Advisor with several New York investment banks. He is a proud 1964 graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.
