“When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all your thoughts break their bounds. Your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction, and you find yourself in a new, great and wonderful world!”
-- The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali

What you vibrate you create
Focus your mind on Love, Laugher and Light and you will radiate that.  Think ugly thoughts filled with fear, anxiety, hatred and jealousy and the mind
and body will become upset.

Morning and Evening Invocation
In the infinity of life where I am,
All is perfect, whole, and complete
I am respectfully at peace with my knowledge
I will Become aware of my wants and desires which bring
Me true peace and true balance
I see my patterns within me
Only as something to release
They have no power over me. I am the power in my world
I flow with the changes taking place in my life as best I can
I approve of myself and the way I am changing
I am doing the best I can, each day gets easier
Today is a wonderful day
I choose to make it so
All is well in my world
And everyone comes to comes to complete the song I sing in my heart
Therefore, I am very aware of what song I sing every day of my life
And so it is….

The Illuminations of Izzy Dog!
Izzy, Isabella Weber, was my Golden Retriever who died of hemangiosarcoma at 11:52 on July 16th 2004. She was my best friend for a decade of my life and truly a channel for the Divine.
The first lesson I learned from Izzy was soon after I got married: "Life is a party and I am the guest of honor." Before Izzy I didn't fully embrace this possibility. Once Izzy came into my life I learned quickly. To her, my sole purpose was to love her and pet her and share joy and fun with her 24/7. She brought the light, spark and bliss out in me. She was the wind beneath my wings. I learned many more things from her. Having her as my pet reminded me daily that my priority should always be to pay time and attention to things that have feelings, before I pay attention to things that don't. Nothing replaces the sweet smell of fresh air, good food and the laughter and company of friends and family. The affection and smile of small children were precious to Izzy. There is fun in every moment taught Izzy. Every moment has the possibility of magic and joy if you engage in it.

Izzy greeted me every time I walked through the door with a smile, ears up and tail waging. I always took time to drop everything and give her hugs and pets. My husband would call this time having a love-in with Izzy.

She was always there for me. Her soft fur and warm body and doggy smell would heal my spirit. She never liked it when I raised my voice at anyone, especially with my children. I would see her ears go down and her look would remind me to change the energy and tone of my voice. She was so sensitive. I know that Izzy was sent to support me during my mission over the last ten years. Michael and I got Izzy 2 weeks after we were married. We both had lots of healing to do over the next 10 years. She was our protector. She never left my side. She would follow me from room to room.

I am sitting here writing this next to where Izzy died two hours ago. I look up and see a red bird out the window. It is Izzy I believe letting me know that she made her transition and she is doing great. It is alright. She was met by the angel of death who is also the angel of light. She is smiling and happy. I know that my mom came for her because 3 days ago the lights were flickering all over my house. It was the day my babysitter, Alba and her son, Carlitos were coming. I know Izzy wanted to say goodbye to them. Today just about an hour before Izzy died, the light in my kitchen flickered. I know it was my mom. Izzy was there for my mom when she was dying of lung cancer. She laid by my mom's bed when my mom died. I will miss my furry friend. Izzy, your death marks the end of our mission together but I know that your spirit will be with me as I begin my new mission. I am so grateful for the years we shared together. The times at the beach, and the quiet moments at home. I am glad for all the mud and sand you got in my car and I always wanted a car for you my Izzy dog. You are the best dog ever, my angel dog!
