![]() Gentle Yoga
This class has a slower pace and is accessible to everyone. We will practice beginning yoga poses and learn the principles of body alignment and breath awareness. In this class students will practice using a variety of props, allowing them to experience the stretching and strengthening benefits of yoga regardless of their current physical condition. This class is suited for first time yoga participants, individuals who have recovered from a recent injury or illness or someone needing to ease overworked muscles and joints. All levels are welcome. Classes taught by Suzanne Kruep.
