While pursing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Suzanne first
became involved in the fitness industry by becoming an aerobics
instructor. Despite working full time as a nurse, she continued to
teach aerobics classes.
After a hip injury side-lined her from her original love of aerobics, Suzanne discovered yoga. Yoga brought back most of the balance, strength and flexibility that she had lost and after seeing yoga’s benefits, Suzanne decided to pursue the path of yoga instruction. She received her yoga training from the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago. Suzanne brings her unique experiences from ICU nursing and fitness background to her classes. Her understanding of human body in both healthy and unhealthy states allows her to help people achieve and maintain a balanced and holistic lifestyle. |
