Moving away from her 20+ year career as a professional dancer and modern dance teacher, Jenny decided to explore more fully the practice and teaching of yoga. In 2004, she completed the yoga teacher training program at The Chicago Yoga Center under the direction of Suddha Weixler.

Coming from a movement based background, her teaching style is infused with a sense of flow and fun, enjoying the moments between arriving and dissolving in each pose.

Jenny is ever appreciative of the ongoing education she receives from all of her teachers and to the limitless gifts yoga can offer.

She brings her growing enthusiasm and curiosity for this practice to her teaching, as well as attention to the individual alignment of our unique bodies, connection to the breath, and the sheer enjoyment of our bodies moving in space.
