![]() Darcie Price-Wallace Practicing yoga has been a part of Darcie’s life since 2000 when she was seeking to bring more loving-kindness into her life. She was drawn to the practice of asana as it provided space for mindfulness and balance both on the mat and in her daily life. Her love for yoga stems from the meditative practice of aligning movement with breath and the gentleness and grounding that yoga has brought in her life. Darcie completed her yoga training at Moksha Yoga Center in 2005. She is grateful for the inspiration and support of her family and teachers who encouraged her along her journey to teach yoga. Her classes concentrate on both dynamic and static poses that enhance flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation. She focuses on the rhythm and grace of the breath to promote awareness and to calm the mind. Darcie teaches hatha, vinyasa, and prenatal yoga classes. Darcie is a new mom to an amazing daughter as well as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides therapy for children and their families. She has enjoyed the opportunity to integrate her work as a clinician and yoga teacher by teaching therapeutic yoga groups with children. Darcie encourages her students to become in tune with their bodies and to embrace their abilities and uniqueness as well as to have fun.
