Tracy Walsh is a Prenatal yoga teacher and an ensemble member of Lookingglass Theatre Company. She is a graduate of Northwestern University where she was a Performance Studies major. She is also the mother of two girls.
Tracy was fortunate to be living in Los Angeles during her first pregnancy. A friend insisted that she attend a pregnancy yoga class in the home of a woman named Gurmukh khalsa. It was in the living room of this special teacher that Tracy experienced classes which profoundly moved and inspired her. Three years later, after relocating to Evanston, she decided to become a teacher herself. By that time, Gurmukh had outgrown her living room and had opened a studio called Golden Bridge Yoga Center. It was at this L.A. studio that Tracy received her Prenatal teacher certification. Tracy is delighted to be able to teach both in her own living room, and at the beautiful studio, Heaven Meets Earth.
