Lisa Faremouth Weber - Sat Inder Kaur

Lisa is the founder and spiritual director of Heaven Meets Earth. Lisa has studied with the top yoga instructors in the country including: Rodney Yee, David Life, Baron Baptiste, Beryl Bender Birch, David Swenson, John Friend, Stephen Cope, Bryan Kest, Shiva Rhea, Duncan Wong, Shakta Kaur Khalsa and more.

Lisa graduated from Northwestern University and completed her yoga instructor training at Moksha Yoga in Chicago. Lisa has also spent a lifetime developing her own healing practice and has become known as a gifted healer. She is currently a facilitator for the Radiant Child Teacher Training Program.

Her journey began as a dancer in childhood, and progressed into an internationally known aerobic instructor and personal trainer. Lisa traveled worldwide giving lectures and workshops to other fitness leaders. She is a published book writer, video producer, former columnist for the Chicago Sun-Times and currently writes for Yoga Chicago magazine.

Lisa's yoga classes combine her extensive and diverse yoga training with her years of experience in health, fitness, dance and healing arts. She uses her magical performance ability to connect with adults and kids of all ages.

Recently she received her spiritual name from Yogi Bhajan. Her spiritual name is Sat Inder Kaur, which means The Princess of The Lord of Truth. She is deeply honored and excited to step into this reality as she has much work to do.
