Class Description: Hatha Level 1
Hatha Yoga Level 1 brings together introductory standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions and restorative postures. With an emphasis on alignment, the class utilizes props to deepen students� abilities to stay in the asanas for a prolonged period of time. Beginner meditation and breathing techniques will cultivate quieting the mind and senses. Hatha Yoga Level 1 is open to families with children ages 6 and up who would like to practice yoga and have fun together. |
