We are Evanston's first, and the North Shore's only, "Green" yoga studio. We have used earth-friendly and sustainable building products such as bamboo floors, low toxicity paints, recycled paper products and eco-friendly yoga mats to create a high vibration for your yoga and healing practice.

Our program is rooted in vinyasa and Kundalini yoga systems with emphasis on asana, pranayama and meditation to help you live your best life.

As the Director of Heaven Meets Earth Family Yoga Studio, I've traveled world-wide teaching and training in health, fitness, yoga and healing therapies.
